In person

Come taste it
before you buy it.

Everything below is where we are headed, not where we already are. Batch 001 is still fermenting — we would rather tell you the plan honestly than pretend to a shelf presence we have not earned yet.

The season

Markets we’re
applying to.

Nashville has an unusually good market scene. These are the ones we have applied to or are about to — acceptance is not guaranteed and we will update this page either way.

Mark the date

Tennessee Hot
Sauce Expo.

24–25 October. The first bottles of Batch 001 are timed for this weekend, and it is the single most on-target room in the state — several hundred people who came specifically to taste hot sauce.

If you only meet us once, meet us here. Every bottle sold that weekend carries a founding-batch lot number.

If the process authority letter runs late, we will be there anyway with unlabelled samples and no cash box. We would rather show up honest than not show up.

What to expect at the table

  • All three, unlabelled Poured as A, B and C so your opinion is your own.
  • One question Which would you actually buy? Your answer decides how much of the batch each sauce gets.
  • The numbers Ferment day count and pH, on a card, if you want them.

Stockists

None yet — that is the honest answer. Shops we are talking to are in Nashville and we will list them here the day they say yes, not before.

Get a heads up

We’ll tell you
where we’ll be.

One email a month at most, and it says which market we are at that weekend. That is genuinely the whole point of it.
