Shelf life is 18 months unopened. Cases ship in molded pulp. We deliver in person anywhere inside I‑440 and there is no charge for that.
The details
Bottled sauce for retail resale — shops, grocers, butchers, bottle shops, cafés, gift stores. Under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act we can sell to you as a third-party vendor, and you can resell sealed bottles.
We cannot supply restaurants, food trucks or caterers to cook with. Food service follows the Food Code and cannot use product from an uninspected kitchen. You can still sell sealed bottles at your counter — plenty of kitchens do. Full foodservice supply arrives when we move to a co-packer.
We are Tennessee-only for now. If you are outside the state, tell us anyway — you go on the list for the day that changes.
